Ok another Family secret! just dont tell anyone i told you ; ).. Unusual ingredients for a dessert but beautifully fruity, a once a year treat perfect for summer time..
Ingredients
- ( i dont have exacts because its not written down!) shopping list
- 1 carton sour cream shopping list
- 1 pkt minature marshmallows (coloured, 2 handfuls) shopping list
- 1 med tin crushed pineapple roughly 200g or less shopping list
- 1 small tin mandarine segments shopping list
- 1 tin passionfruit (smallest) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredents in large bowl
- chill in fridge for 30-40 min
- distrubte into serving glasses if desired before chilling!
- Delicious..
- p.s i have no idea where my dear old gran got this recipe from, but its much adored when tried and tested.. Im sure she wouldnt mind me sharing it, perhaps my dad will! oh well ; )
