Forest Chicken

- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts cubed shopping list
- cornstarch shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- large onion chopped or thinly sliced shopping list
- 10 oz baby portobello mushrooms sliced shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dry rosemary crushed shopping list
- white wine (dry) shopping list
- 2 Tbspn butter shopping list
How to make it
- Dust chicken cubes in cornstarch
- saute on high in olive oil until browned
- add onion, mushrooms, rosemary, 1/2 cup wine, salt and pepper, butter
- turn heat down to medium, cover, cook for 15 mts or until veg tender
- add more liquid as necessary for amount of gravy you desire
- thicken to your liking with cornstarch and water if needed
- goes well with rice, egg noodles, mashed potatoes
