This is a super simplified recipe for Crusty Cuban Bread developed for the bread machine. It has zero fat, has a nice texture and gets a pretty thick crust on it. - 1 and 1/8 cup water shopping list
- 3 cups bread flour ( Gold Medal - Better for Bread) shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 and 1/2 tsp. yeast shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the ingredients in bread machine according to manufacturer's instructions. Choose the Rapid Cycle.
- Serve Hot.
