Abes Hot Dog Chili Sauce

- 1 lb. ground chuck shopping list
- 3 tbsp. dried onion soup shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/2tsp. black pepper shopping list
- 1 tbsp. dry mustard shopping list
- 1/3 cup ketchup shopping list
- 1 tsp. chili powder shopping list
- 1 tbsp.vinegar shopping list
- 1 small onion diced shopping list
- dash garlic powder shopping list
- dash worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 tbsp. cumin ( I use a little less) shopping list
- water as needed shopping list
How to make it
- Put ground chuck throgh food processor and grind as fine as possible ( this is the secret to this sauce)
- Combine all ingredients
- Simmer 20 minutes.
- Place hot dog in bun.Top with mustard. Add a whole lot of finely chopped onion on top.
- ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very close to Abe's S. Main Wilkes-Barre. But I didn't use an all beef hot hog, and that may have made the difference. Be sure to use grilled or pan fried the dogs, and not boiled. Steam the buns if you can, it prevents them from breaking. Also, I co...more
