Fig Sorbet

- 14 ounces perfectly ripe figs shopping list
- 1 lemon shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon bourbon vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Peel the figs and blend the fig pulp with the juice of one lemon.
- Combine the milk with the sugar and stir the mixture into the figs.
- Freeze in an ice cream machine per the manufacturer’s directions (about 3 hours or more).
- Serve with a vanilla pizzelle cookie in a beautiful dish.
