Soy Mayonnaise

- 1/2 cup of soy milk (this amount can change if you need more or less) shopping list
- juice of a half lemon shopping list
- 1 tbs cider vinegar shopping list
- pinch of sea salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup of canola or olive oil (must be equal to the amount of soy milk) shopping list
How to make it
- Put the soy milk, lemon juice, salt and vinegar into a blender and blend for 2-3 minutes.
- While still blending slowly add the oil in a stream.
- Keep it blending for 5 minutes and the soynnaise (clever?) becomes creamy.

Thank you for Posting this recipe, this is one of those items that is needed and easy to make.
I would add a teaspoon of nutritional yeast.
