Toblerone Chocolate Cake

- 7oz (200g) milk chocolate Toblerone shopping list
- 2oz (50g) dark chocolate shopping list
- 7oz (200g) unsalted butter shopping list
- 5 eggs shopping list
- 2 tablespoons buckwheat flour shopping list
How to make it
- Butter and flour a round or heart-shaped cake pan..
- Pre-heat oven 375°F.
- Melt the 2 chocolates with the butter until a smooth consistency is reached.
- Combine the eggs, one by one, with the melted chocolates. Carefully mix after each egg. Add flour and mix thoroughly.
- Pour the batter in the cake pan, bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, un-mould and let cool on a rack.
