Vegetable and Beef Tendon Ball Soup

- A packet of beef tendon meat balls shopping list
- Half a lettuce shopping list
- 6 bowls of vegetable broth shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp salt shopping list
- 1 tbsp pepper shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame oil shopping list
How to make it
- Cut the beef tendon meat balls in crosses. Be careful not to slice it all the way.
- Cook the meat balls in the broth until it floats.
- Roughly chop the lettuce and put them into the broth, until boiling, season with the remaining ingredients and serve.
- TIPS: Alternatively, you can sprinkle some fried shallots or Chinese parsley right before serving.
