Kentucky Grilled Chicken with Henry Bain Sauce

- 1 cup cider vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce (or to taste) shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 10 bone-in chicken breast halves (skin removed if desired) shopping list
- 1 small jar mango chutney (chopped) shopping list
- 1 (14 ounce) bottle ketchup shopping list
- 1 (8 ounce) bottle chili sauce shopping list
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup A-1 Steak Sauce shopping list
- dash hot pepper sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Combine vinegar, oil, Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce and salt.
- Pour 1 cup marinade in resealable bag.
- Add chicken breasts and seal bag.
- Chill at least 4 hours.
- Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients and chill.
- Drain marinade from chicken.
- Grill chicken, basting with remaining marinade, until chicken juices run clear.
- Serve with sauce.

Interesting twist on Henry Bain Sauce. Gotta try this one. Sounds like an improvement on BBQ Sauce to me.

Sorry it took me awhile but we did make this recipe. It was fantastic. Actually basted the chicken with the Henry Bain before taking it off the grill. Let it bake out awhile on the upper rack off on indirect heat. Henry Bain sauce is the king of ...more
