Hush Chocolate Cake

- 4 eggs shopping list
- 2 cups sifted all purpose flour shopping list
- 1&1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1&1/2 cups oil shopping list
- 1&1/4 warm milk shopping list
- 5 tablespoons cocoa powder shopping list
- 3 teaspoons vanilla shopping list
- 3 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- sprinkle of salt shopping list
- Bitter or semisweet chocolate shavings for garnish shopping list
- and Hershey chocolate sauce shopping list
How to make it
- 1- Heat your oven to 180 C
- 2- Whisk the eggs with sugar vanilla baking powder and oil very well for ten minutes.
- 3- Dissolve the cocoa powder in the liquid milk and slowly spoon in the sifted flour till you get a homogeneous mixture then fold in the eggs vanilla sugar batter.
- 4- Paint a cake tin with oil and dust lightly with flour then shake off the excess and pour the batter into the cake tin & tap thrice on the counter to get all the batter to settle into the tin.
- 5- bake for 35-minutes lower thermostat then turn on the upper thermostat for 5 minutes.
- 6- Let the cake cool before taking it out of the tin.
- 7- Flip the cake over to get it out of the tin and decorate. Let the cake chill in the fridge for 20 minutes then serve.
