Baked Rice

- 1 1/2 cups Minute Rice shopping list
- 3 cups chicken stock (I use three cups of water and three envelopes of Chicken bouillion and I like that flavour) shopping list
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine (I use margarine) shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder (I just eyeball it, but put in as much as you like 'to taste') shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients together in a 2 qt/2L casserole dish.
- Cover and bake in 350F oven for about 40 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid has completely absorbed.
- Fluff with a fork and serve.

I made this as a side for dinner last night and my Hubby and I loved it! I halved the recipe and used butter instead of margarine and also added a bit of Parmesan Cheese. We will be making this, again and again. More in IMI 11
