- 4 1/2 cups oat flour shopping list
- 1 cup rice protein shopping list
- 4 packets artificial sweetener shopping list
- 1 tablespoon sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon cocoa shopping list
- 1 capsule multivitamin shopping list
- 1 1000mg lysine shopping list
- 1 folic acid pill shopping list
- 1 teaspoon xanthan gum shopping list
- 1 teaspoon no-salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/3 cup canola oil shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon liquid calcium with vitamin D shopping list
How to make it
- Grind up the pills in a mortar until fine
- Measure all the rest of the dry ingredients in a bowl and add the powdered pills.
- Mix well with a whisk.
- Pour the oil and liquid calcium in a mason jar, se securely and shake vigorously.
- Two cups of the powder, four cups water and half the oil mixture is one meal replacement. Blend together and sip at your leisure.
