Award Winning Maryland Cream Of Crab Soup

- 2 cups milk shopping list
- 1 quart (4 cups) half and half shopping list
- 2 pints (4 cups) heavy whipping cream shopping list
- 1 lb. jumbo lump crab meat shopping list
- 1 Tbls. fresh parsley shopping list
- 2 - 3 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning ™ shopping list
- ¼ cup butter shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp. cornstarch shopping list
- ¼ cup water shopping list
How to make it
- Bring milk, half and half and heavy whipping cream to a low boil.
- Add crab meat, fresh parsley, Old Bay Seasoning ™, butter and pepper.
- When it starts to boil, make a paste of the cornstarch and water and slowly add to soup until it is to your desired thickness, stirring constantly.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
