Paprika Chicken With Sour Cream Gravy

- ½ cup all purpose flour shopping list
- 2 teaspoons paprika shopping list
- ½ teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper shopping list
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine shopping list
- 2 to 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1 can Campbell’s condensed cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1 ¼ cups chicken broth, divided shopping list
- 8 ounces sour cream (optional) shopping list
- ¼ cup sliced green onions shopping list
How to make it
- 1. MIX flour, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper and red pepper on plate. Coat chicken.
- 2. Heat olive oil and butter in skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken 10 minutes or until brown. Set chicken aside. Mix soup and ¾ cup broth
- 3. Add remaining broth to pan; stir and cook 1 minute. Add soup mixture and green onions to pan. Bring to a boil. Return chicken to pan. Cover; cook on low heat for 10 minutes or until chicken is done remove chicken to a platter and stir in sour cream, if using and serve.

Oh what an excellent recipe. I did not have the sour cream and when I make this again will be using for sure. I know that with the sour cream it will put this recipe over the top. Thank you Semigourmet for sharing this wonderful recipe.
