Six Pepper Blend Seasoning

I keep this mixed up to use any time I would use when I'm needing a shake of salt and pepper. The pepper blend is provides so much flavor that skipping the salt is no sacrifice.
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp black pepper, ground shopping list
- 4 tbsp white pepper, ground shopping list
- 2 tbsp paprika shopping list
- 1 tbsp allspice, ground shopping list
- 1 tbsp chili powder shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp cayenne shopping list
How to make it
- Finely grind any whole seeds you may be starting from. For me it is black pepper corns, white pepper corns, and allspice. I use my coffee been grinder to get the job done.
- This makes two regular spice bottles full.
