- 1cup whole wheat brown flour with germ and husk(ground and sifted 3 times) shopping list
- 1/2 cup warm water/milk shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 4 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Mix flour with salt by hand and gradually pour water or milk. as soon as mixture is feathery slowly add the oil. you will need 3-4 tablespoons flour to gathet the dough.
- Let dough rest for 30 minutes then cut into 7 balls. roll into a stick then a coil then roll out into very thin skin thick circles.
- on a griddle that has been heated on medium heat for ten minutes drop ur first circle each side should take a minute or less.
