How to make it

  • Mix powdered sugar and peanut butter together well. Place in baked pie shell, saving back 1 tablespoon. Prepare vanilla pudding according to box directions; cool and spread on top of peanut butter mixture. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of reserved peanut butter crumbs.
  • I would use fresh whipped cream and the crunchy peanut butter, I would also make it about 2 layers high
