- 2cups chickpeas boiled shopping list
- 2cups bite size torn olive oil fried peeta or lebanese bread shopping list
- 1/2 cup toasted pine seeds shopping list
- 1cup finely chopped onions shopping list
- 250 grams minced lamb meat shopping list
- 250 grams minced beef shopping list
- 8 garlic cloves minced (3for meat &rest for yogurt) shopping list
- 1tablespoon dry mint powder sifted shopping list
- 1kg greek yogurt. shopping list
- 3tablespoons butter(plz use from cow milk) shopping list
- 1teaspoon cinnamon powder shopping list
- black pepper and salt to season shopping list
- 3tablespoons finely chopped parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Fry bread in olive oil and crack and put into the bottom of a wide deep casserole or pyrex
- Empty chickpeas on top of bread
- Saute onion and 3garlic cloves with cinnamon pepper and salt till yellow then drop meat and cook well.
- Into blender mix yogurt with remaining garlic with mint and black pepper and salt.
- Pour yogurt over bread and chickpeas in pyrex then top with meat and pine seeds and parsley.
