Hot Sauce (nick Tahou Style)

- 1 pound of the cheapest, fattiest Ground beef (70/30 or fattier) you can find shopping list
- 1 clove Garlic shopping list
- 1 Onion shopping list
- 1/4 cup Tomato Paste (6oz. can) shopping list
- 1 cup Water shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar shopping list
- 1.5 teaspoon Paprika shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon chili powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon All Spice shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground clove shopping list
- Salt to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Fry the ground beef in a skillet, making the bits of meat as small as possible, do NOT drain the grease.
- Finely chop the onion, smash the garlic and add them to the beef and cook them until they are soft.
- Add water and tomato paste, and stir into the meat.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer, covered, for 1 hour.
- If your making this ahead of time, transfer to a crock pot and keep warm.
- Serve this on top of Hamburgers, Hot dogs, French Fries, Home Fries, Mac Salad, Baked Beans, Scrambled Eggs or anything else you want.
