How to make it

  • Fry the ground beef in a skillet, making the bits of meat as small as possible, do NOT drain the grease.
  • Finely chop the onion, smash the garlic and add them to the beef and cook them until they are soft.
  • Add water and tomato paste, and stir into the meat.
  • Add remaining ingredients and simmer, covered, for 1 hour.
  • If your making this ahead of time, transfer to a crock pot and keep warm.
  • Serve this on top of Hamburgers, Hot dogs, French Fries, Home Fries, Mac Salad, Baked Beans, Scrambled Eggs or anything else you want.
