Noodle Pudding Souffle

- 8 oz wide egg noodles ( not 16 oz !!! ) shopping list
- 6 Tbs butter cut into pats shopping list
- 6 large eggs separated shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese shopping list
- 4 Tbs sour cream shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla ( my addition ) shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- 4 tbs cold butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/3 cup graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- cinnamon ( my addition) shopping list
How to make it
- Cook noodles and drain
- Stir in softened butter, cream cheese and sour cream to melt in hot noodles
- Beat yolks thick with the sugar and vanilla
- Stir into mixture
- Beat whites soft peaks
- Fold into mixture
- Place mixture into a buttered 9 x 13 pan
- Make crumb topping
- Sprinkle over kugel
- I sprinkled on cinnamon
- Bake in a 350F oven 45-60 minutes
- Serve warm
- This reheat well and I cut mine into squares
