Homemade Pork Tapa (Tapang Baboy)

- 1 kilo pork lomo (sirloin), sliced thinly shopping list
- 1 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 1/8 cup water shopping list
- 10 pcs. calamansi (philippine lemon) or 3 yellow lemons, squeezed shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- combine soy sauce and lemon juice and water
- marinate the pork lomo (sirloin) in the sauce
- add in pepper (about 2 tsp.)
- mix together and marinade in the fridge overnight
- in the morning, fry the meat in a little cooking oil and serve with rice and fried egg
