Whole Fish In Foil Pocket

- 1 large deep Baking dish shopping list
- Foil shopping list
- 4 bone-in Porgie fish cut down the middle and cleaned , 1 whole fish per person shopping list
- 1 1/.2 cup Good white wine (not cooking wine) shopping list
- Cut carrots, onions, potatoes, zucchini, mushrooms and sliced cherry tomatoes shopping list
- garlic chopped shopping list
- Italian parsley chopped shopping list
- 2 tbs olive oil shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Steps
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- rub chopped parsley garlic and oil on fish , set aside
- cut carrots, onions, potatoes, zucchini, mushrooms and sliced cherry tomatoes put aside.
- Place a large sheet of foil in baking dish
- Spread half the vegetables in the pan. Place fish on the bed of vegetables sprinkle with salt. Pour rest of vegetables over fish. Pour wine over the fish
- add more garlic parsley and oil mixture. mix well.
- Cover with foil and fold the foil over the fish and crimp the edges to make a snug package.
- bake for 25-30 minutes until the fish flesh turns opaque and begins to flake and vegetables are tender.
