Croatian “buzara” Shrimps

- 1000 g shrimp shopping list
- 10 g garlic (two garlic cloves, finely minced) shopping list
- 4 spoons olive oil shopping list
- 10 g raisins shopping list
- ½ cup strained tomato shopping list
- 1 cup parsley leaves (minced) shopping list
- 5 g salt shopping list
- pepper (to taste) shopping list
- 1/2 l white wine shopping list
- 10 g bread crumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Take a large pot and put olive oil and heat it, but not too much.
- Add garlic and fry just 30 seconds and than add all shrimps.
- Mix the shrimps using wooden ladle to cover them with oil.
- Add wine and cook for 5 minutes until alcohol evaporates.
- Add tomato, salt, raisins, pepper, and bread crumbs.
- Mix gently with the ladle, or shake the whole pot to mix all ingredients. Cover and cook for 10-20 minutes (depends how large shrimps are). Add parsley leaves at the end and serve.
