Easy, delish salmon recipe using filet or salmon steaks. Quite tasty. Richness from the sour cream and a spike of heat from the salsa can easily make this dish your favorite way to serve salmon.
Ingredients
- 2-4 salmon steaks or salmon filets shopping list
- fish seasoning, use your favorite or just salt and pepper shopping list
- equal parts of oil and butter for the pan shopping list
- sour cream shopping list
- chunky salsa ( we like medium heat ) shopping list
How to make it
- Heat up the oil and butter in a heavy duty skillet over medium high heat
- Season salmon your favorite way.
- Cook salmon, turning to get golden and browned and cooked through
- To serve, top salmon with some salsa and some sour cream and garnish plate if desired
