Chocolate Chippers

- 1 cup margarine shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 2 cups all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1/4 cup cornstarch shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 tsp. baking soda shopping list
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips shopping list
How to make it
- Cream margarine and sugar together. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla.
- Add flour, cornstarch, salt and baking soda to the margarine mixture and then add the chocolate chips. Stir gently to incorporate.
- Drop by spoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake in a 350F oven for 10-15 min.

A nice soft cookie. They are still soft after they cool. I used butter instead of margarine. I got 32 cookies out of the batch. I ate three though. :) Added my picture and also put these in IMI. 6/1/13

I never grease my cookie sheet, cookies come out perfect, otherwise if I do, they will burn. I also use butter and Spanish vanilla in my cookies, it gives it a way better flavor...and also the love that goes in...my family loves these cookies..and it...more

These are fantastic cookies!! I've been having trouble with cookies spreading way to much and then being impossible to get off the baking sheet in one piece, but these were pretty perfect :) Added a bit more in FA's IMI thread --------> more
