How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • In a small non-stick pan, saute zucchini, about 5 minutes.
  • Add lemon juice and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
  • Drain, then toss with the stevia, cinnamon, nutmeg and butter flavouring (if using).
  • Spoon into an individual casserole dish or ramekin and top with the panko.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
