Baked Haddock With Garlic Butter Crumble Topping

- 4 haddock fillets shopping list
- 2 cups Half & Half shopping list
- 1 1/2 Tbs.garlic powder shopping list
- 3 shallots shopping list
- 1 package ritz cracker shopping list
- 1 cup parmesan cheese shopping list
- salt & pepper to taste shopping list
- sweet paprika shopping list
- Chopped parsley shopping list
- 6 Tbs. butter shopping list
- 2 Tbs. flour shopping list
How to make it
- Lay out fillets and pat dry
- Season with salt & pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 350
- Butter a large casserole dish and lay in fish
- Cream Sauce
- In a small pot, melt 2 Tbs butter
- Add diced shallots, cook until clear
- Add flour,stir
- Add half & half, stir until thickened
- Remove pot from heat,add parmesan and stir
- Garlic crumble topping
- Melt 4 Tbs butter in microwave
- Crush Ritz crackers and put in bowl
- Pour melted butter and garlic powder, mix well
- Pour cream sauce over fish and sprinkle crumb mix over fish
- Sprinkle Sweet paprika over fish
- Bake for 35 mins
- Sprinkle parsley over fish and serve...Enjoy !!!
