Ingredients
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved shopping list
- 1 large cucumber, seeded and diced shopping list
- 1/4 small sweet onion diced shopping list
- 1 green hot pepper finely diced ( or replace with a milder chili pepper ) shopping list
- 1 green bell pepper diced shopping list
- Some lettuce cut in chiffonade - my addition shopping list
- Simple dressing: shopping list
- 4 tsp lemon juice shopping list
- 2 tsp red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp black pepper shopping list
- dash sugar ( my addition ) shopping list
- 2 tsp olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Just before serving toss all together except the olive oil
- Drizzle a bit of olive oil over the salad
- Stir and eat
- Note: use more of everything for a larger salad as this recipe served 4 and was easily doubled
