No Bake Nutella Cheesecake

- butter shopping list
- graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- 3, 8 oz. pkg good quality cream cheese shopping list
- 1, 8 oz whipped topping or equivalent of heavy creamed whipped shopping list
- 1 can of condensed milk ( not evaporated ) shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 jar of chocolate-hazelnut spread ( nutella )- you won't use all shopping list
- garnish as desired shopping list
How to make it
- Butter the bottom and sides of a 9 inch spring form pan ( photo shows a tall 8 inch pan - ( I wanted height to impress but 9 inch pan is more practical for serving pieces )
- Dust pan heavily with graham cracker crumbs
- Beat softened cream cheese smooth and lump free
- Beat in the condensed milk and vanilla until smooth
- Blend in 1/2 cup Nutella until smooth
- Fold in the whipped cream or whipped topping
- Pour mixture into prepared pan
- Dollop the top with some Nutella and spread with tinges of a fork
- Chill at least 8 hours or overnight to firm up dessert
- Garnish top of dessert with some fresh strawberries or chocolate chips, nuts etc. if desired
- Before serving, carefully remove sides of pan
