I created this clone of Doug's Fish Fry's (no visit to Skaneateles, NY is complete without a visit to Doug's) Honey Curry Sauce at the request of my oldest daughter. Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c Hellmann's mayonnaise shopping list
- 3 T. fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 3 T. honey shopping list
- 3 tsp. medium curry powder shopping list
How to make it
- Whisk all ingredients together.
- May be served immediately, but better if allowed to chill for an hour.

I hope this is it - I've been looking for this recipe for a long time.
They used to call this Curry Mustard Dipping Sauce - don't know if it had mustard in it or not.
