Creamy Banana Soup Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Place the cut up bananas in the blender.
  • Squeeze on the lemon juice
  • Add the milk, cream and nutmeg to taste
  • Blend totally smooth
  • Divide into 2 bowls
  • Garnish as desired ( Mint, sliced strawberry, etc )
  • Note: Serve immediately or chill for a short while as bananas may discolor with time.
