Mango Kulfi- Frozen Indian Mango Dessert

- 1 cup (8 oz) heavy cream shopping list
- 1 can (8 oz) sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 4 ripe mangoes chopped shopping list
- ½ cup sugar (or to taste) shopping list
- ½ tsp cardamom powder shopping list
How to make it
- Boil cream and add condensed milk to it. Stir. Add sugar and cardamom powder. Cool to room temperature.
- Meanwhile blend the chopped mangoes, till smooth and add to the cream and condensed milk mix. Mix really well.
- Pour into ice lolly moulds or dessert bowls (cover with cling film if you're using these). Freeze for around 6-7 hours.
- Let it sit in the fridge for around 10 minutes before serving.
