Smoky Baked Salmon

- 3 pounds salmon fillet (without skin and bones) shopping list
- 1 oven bag shopping list
- 3 tbsp soy sauce shopping list
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce shopping list
- 1tsp liquid smoke shopping list
- 2 tbsp Thai sweet chili sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Place the salmon fillet into the oven bag.
- Pour in soy, oyster sauce, liquid smoke and chili sauce.
- Close the bad and let marinate for 30 to 40 minutes.
- While the fish is resting preheat the oven to 400F.
- Place the oven bag on a baking tray and put in the oven.
- It bakes for about 20 minutes.
- Be careful when opening the bag, it is too hot. Better wait 10 minutes to cool off a bit.

This was so good. It had a great smoky flavor to it. I'm just hoping I won't eat it all before the weekend when I have time to make a nice breakfast out of the leftovers. Added my picture, too. A teeny bit more in IMI
