Thai Drunken Chicken Wings

- 1.5 pounds chicken wings shopping list
- marinade shopping list
- 1 tbsp fish sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced lemongrass shopping list
- 10-15 cloves garlic, crushed shopping list
- 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro including roots shopping list
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce (Rooster sauce) shopping list
- 1/4 cup whiskey/bourbon shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the marinade, stir the wings until thoroughly coated and leave to marinade for 12-24 hours in the fridge.
- Barbeque or grill the wings over fairly high heat until cooked through.
- Serve hot with a dash of lime
