Venison Jerky

- Couple pounds of venison, I used caribou but deer meat is just as good(: shopping list
- The marinade: shopping list
- 5 or 6 shakes of worchestire sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup soy sauce shopping list
- Couple shakes of catsup shopping list
- 4 squirts of mustard shopping list
- A bunch of hot sauce shopping list
- cayenne shopping list
- 1/4 tsp onion and garlic powder shopping list
- 1/4 tsp.Salt and pepper shopping list
- Crushed red pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Cut meat into strips, Then marinate the meat in plastic bag for four days. Bake on 250 for 4 to six hours directly on wire rack in oven.
