Key Lime & Meyer Lemon Pie

- Baked pastry crust shopping list
- 2, 14 oz. cans of sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 6 egg yolks shopping list
- 1/2 cup + 1 T. freshly squeezed key lime juice shopping list
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed meyer lemon juice shopping list
- 1 T grated zest of key lime and/or meyer lemon shopping list
How to make it
- Combine milk, egg yolks, juices and zest. Mix well until smooth. Pour filling into pie crust and bake at 350ยบ for 15 minutes. Allow to cool before refrigerating; chill at least 2-3 hours. Just before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with lemon & lime slices.
