How to make it

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350. Mix dry ingredients first. Then mix wet ingredients in with mixer. Oil and flour cake pans. Pour cake mix into (3) 8 or 9 inch round cake pans (about half full). Cook until edges pull away from side of pan and cake springs back.
  • 2. Icing: put butter in pan and melt. Add while burner is on low strawberries and powdered sugar and blend with mixer. Let it heat until it gets hot. Punch holes in stacked cake and pour icing over the three layers.
