How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients very well by hand
  • Shape into desired size
  • Place in an oiled oven pan
  • Bake 350F 30 minutes or tested done
  • Use for your pasta and sauce dishes, meatball sandwiches etc
  • Yield depend on size of the meatballs

    I always bake my meatballs, and last time I made them I put them in sauce (or as the Italians call it, gravy) and baked that in a low oven for 2 hours, it turned out so much better then cooking on the stove-top...even heat I guess.
