Strawberry Pretzel dessert

- Crust: shopping list
- 2 cups crushed pretzels shopping list
- 3/4 cup melted butter shopping list
- 3 tbsp sugar shopping list
- • Mix crushed pretzels, sugar and butter shopping list
- • Press into a 9x13-inch glass dish shopping list
- • Bake at 400 degrees F. for 8 minutes shopping list

- Filling: Sometimes I double this (only if you like a thick cream layer). shopping list
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 12 oz package Cool Whip, thawed shopping list
- • Mix together cream cheese and sugar until smooth shopping list
- • Fold in Cool Whip shopping list
- • Spread on top of cooled crust shopping list

- 1 large box strawberry gelatin shopping list
- 2 16 oz package frozen strawberries with syrup shopping list
- 2 cups boiling water shopping list
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained shopping list
How to make it
- • Dissolve gelatin in boiling water
- • Add frozen strawberries -- the hot water will thaw them
- • stir in pineapples
- • Pour mixture onto cream cheese layer
- • Refrigerate for 2 hours
