Sauteed Spinach And Sweet Bell Peppers

- 3 cups spinach, Raw shopping list
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, Red shopping list
- 1/4 cup red onion shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper shopping list
- 2 tbsp chicken broth (canned) shopping list
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, Yellow shopping list
- 1 tsp bacon grease drippings shopping list
- 1/2 cup mushrooms shopping list
How to make it
- Heat bacon drippings in large skillet.
- Julienne cut the onion, red and yellow peppers. Slice the mushrooms. Saute the vegetables for about 10 minutes or until softened.
- Reduce heat a notch. Roughly chop the spinach and add to the saute pan with the chicken broth tossing loosely. When the spinach leaves are completely wilted you are done. Takes just a moment.
- Serve immediately.
