- Ingredients: shopping list
- 275 gr ground beef shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic shopping list
- 1 small onion shopping list
- 4 tbs butter shopping list
- 120 gr flour, sifted shopping list
- 375 ml milk shopping list
- ½ tsp nutmeg shopping list
- 2 tsp salt shopping list
- 2 tsp sugar shopping list
- ½ tsp ground pepper shopping list
- 50 gr shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- 2 eggs, whisked shopping list
- bread crumbs, as needed shopping list
How to make it
- Direction:
- 1. Sautee the ground beef and separate from the liquid.
- 2. Mix the milk, spices and ground beef. You can add beef bouillon to the mix.
- 3. Sautee the garlic and onion with butter until transparent.
- 4. Add the flour to the garlic and onion, stir.
- 5. Add the milk and cook until all mixed well. Turn off the heat.
- 6. Add cheese and stil until cheese melts. Leave it to cool.
- 7. Shape into small balls.
- 8. Dip into whisked eggs and roll it into the bread crumbs, and repeat.
- 9. Fry until golden brown
- Serve with chilli padi or hot peppers for spicy food lover.
