Ingredients

How to make it

  • Roll mashed potatoes into little balls slightly smaller than a golf ball.
  • Roll them in Shake n' Bake mixture.
  • Put them on a greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 375F.
  • Nice served with a little dab of butter! :)

    Made these for tonight's dinner as a side and they got RAVE reviews from my guys. I didn't have any leftover potatoes, so I boiled up 3 russetts and mashed them earlier today. I mixed some Southwest flavor Philadelphia Cooking Creme and some shredded cheddar cheese when I mashed them. So, these are easy to make and a fun addition to dinner and a great new twist on the basic everyday side dish of mashed potatoes.
