Spanish-style Hake With Chorizo & Italian Tomatoes

- 1 tsp smoked paprika, or spanish rub shopping list
- 5 potatoes, diced shopping list
- 4 chorizo sausages, chopped or any type of spicy sausages instead of chorizo shopping list
- 1 packet italian tomato, halved shopping list
- 500 grams hake fillets, frozen and chunky, defrosted shopping list
- 3 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 1 dash salt and milled pepper shopping list
How to make it
- 1 Preheat oven to 200ÂșC.
- 2 Mix paprika, olive oil and seasoning together. Set aside.
- 3 Coat potatoes with 2 Tbsp smoked paprika oil and arrange in a roasting pan.
- 4 Roast for 15 minutes or until starting to crisp. Add chorizo and tomatoes.
- 5 Brush fish fillets with remaining paprika oil and place on top.
- 6 Cook for another 10 -12 minutes, or until fish starts to flake.
- Serve with crunchy steamed green beans
