How to make it

  • 1 Preheat oven to 200ÂșC.
  • 2 Mix paprika, olive oil and seasoning together. Set aside.
  • 3 Coat potatoes with 2 Tbsp smoked paprika oil and arrange in a roasting pan.
  • 4 Roast for 15 minutes or until starting to crisp. Add chorizo and tomatoes.
  • 5 Brush fish fillets with remaining paprika oil and place on top.
  • 6 Cook for another 10 -12 minutes, or until fish starts to flake.
  • Serve with crunchy steamed green beans
