Baked Provolone With Tomatoes,marjoram And Balsamic

- 4 1/4" thick rounds provolone cheese shopping list
- 1 small-diced beefsteak tomato shopping list
- 1 TB extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1 tsp chopped fresh marjoram(or oregano) shopping list
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar,divided shopping list
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt shopping list
- few grinds black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Position a rack in center of oven and heat to 450' Arrange 4 5 to 6" individual shallow gratin dishes on rimmed baking sheet...Distribute the slices of provolone among the dishes.
- In a small bowl,combine tomatogarlic,oil,marjoram,kosher salt and black pepper. Portion mixture among the dishes,scattering it over and among the cheese.
- Bake till cheese is slightly melted,about 5 mins. Drizzle each serving with balsamic vinegar
