Soy Sauce & Garlic Glazed Mushrooms Recipe

How to make it

  • Saute sliced mushrooms in a combination of butter and oil.
  • Season with garlic powder and soy sauce. Continue cooking over low heat until nicely glazed.

    My Father in law is living with us now, he is 89yo, so cannot eat much, this sounds good, especially with RavenWhite suggestion of rice.
    I do not know if this is going to be too strong in taste, so will have to try myself first.
