- 7 c frozen peas
- 1/4 c butter
- 1 1/2 Tbsp flour
- 1 1/2 c half and half
- 1/2 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2-1 cup pearl onions

Ingredients

7 c frozen peas shopping list
1/4 c butter shopping list
1 1/2 Tbsp flour shopping list
1 1/2 c half and half shopping list
1/2 Tbsp sugar shopping list
1/2-1 cup pearl onions shopping list

How to make it

1. Boil and drain peas. Melt butter, add flour.
2. Stir over heat until bubbly, then add onions, cream and sugar.
3. Simmer until thick and onions are translucent.
