Grilled Venison Chops

- 4 chops or steaks about 3/4" thick shopping list
- 1/4 cup ketchup shopping list
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1.5 tablspoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- 2 clove garlic, minced shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients - except meat -in Ziploc bag( I always use the plastic bags provided by the grocery store in the veggie isles) and mix well
- Add chops making sure meat is covered well
- Chill several hours, turning meat occasionally. (I did mine for 24 hours)
- Drain meat, reserving marinade for basting
- I grilled mine with the grill at 600 degrees for 4 minutes each side for rare-medium rare.
- Salt and pepper to taste
