James Squire Golden Ale Burger

- beef patties: shopping list
- 2 lbs ground beef shopping list
- 1 lb ground pork shopping list
- 2 onions, diced shopping list
- 2 carrots, diced shopping list
- 3 gloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 bunch thyme shopping list
- 3/4 cups bread crumbs shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/4 cup (not completly filled) worcester sauce shopping list
- 1 tbls Tabasco sauce shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- Sauce: shopping list
- 2 16oz cans of stewed tomatoes shopping list
- 1 onion, diced shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, minced shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 1 tbls ground coriander shopping list
- 1 bottle James Squire Golden ale (or any golden ale or honey beer) shopping list
How to make it
- Fry the onions, carrot and garlic until golden brown. When cool, combine with remaining pattie ingredients and mix well. Form into large burger patties.
- For sauce, gently fry the onion and garlic, then add tomatoes. Use a potatoe masher to break up tomatoes, simmer for about 5 minutes then add Golden Ale.
- Get your oven as hat as it will go, place patties in a roasting dish and cook until they take a little color, then pour over the sauce. Turn the oven down to 350F and bake for 30-40 minutes.
- When cook, place burger on bun with some sauce and any other condiments you like.
