Chia Seed Tapioca

- 1/4 cup Chia Seeds shopping list
- 1 cup almond milk shopping list
- 2 dried figs (more or less depending on how sweet you want it) shopping list
- a few dashes cinnamon shopping list
- a pinch of salt shopping list
- chopped fresh fruit to top (optional) shopping list
- Notes: feel free to sweeten with other fruits as well (i.e. bananas, dates, etc) shopping list
How to make it
- Blend the almond milk with the figs, cinnamon, and salt and then pour the mixture over the chia seeds. Stir the chia seeds with the mixture well. let it soak on the counter for at least 10 minutes until thickened, or cover and soak in the fridge overnight. Stir again before serving, and top with fresh fruit and another dash of cinnamon or spices.
