Frog Pond Martini (Mint Infused Kiwi-honey Martini)

We had kiwis with breakfast and dreamed all day about kiwi martinis. These easy, refreshing drinks were delicious and reminded us of a bright green frog pond (but tasted much better!)
Ingredients
- 1/2 kiwi shopping list
- 3-4 mint leaves shopping list
- 4 oz vodka (we used Grey Goose) shopping list
- 1 oz Barenjaeger honey Liqeuor (could also use 1tsp honey) shopping list
- 1 tsp lemon juice (one wedge squeezed) shopping list
How to make it
- Scoop out 1/2 kiwi and add to martini shaker
- Add mint leaves and lemon juice
- Muddle
- Fill martini shaker with ice
- Add Vodka and Honey Liqueuor (or honey)
- Cover and give it a good shake!
- Strain into martini glass- try not to remove kiwi seeds, they make all the difference!
- Pour into martini glass, garnish with kiwi or mint
- Sip and Enjoy!
